To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our main customer service email account is firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that this email account is managed by a real person that works normal business hours. If you send an email on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, expect a response on Monday.
Initiating Returns within the United States:
Exchanges and refunds: If you have an issue with your size, style or color and would like to initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. From there you can download a shipping label and start to process your exchange or refund.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the Returnly portal does not work for you, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a shipping label.
