The sizing on our product pages is a translation of the European sizing that is stamped on the bottom of our slippers.
If you think you are in between sizes, we suggest selecting the larger size.
We ship each pair of Kyrgies individually in an envelope partially made of recycled materials.
Orders are typically shipped one business day after the order has been placed. From time to time, we may get backed up a day or two. Please note that all of our orders are packed and sent by real people in a small warehouse in Northern Virginia.
Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you are unhappy with your Kyrgies, please let us know.
If it is a matter of sizing, we're happy to provide domestic exchanges if we have the size you need in stock. However, the Kyrgies must be in unused condition when they are returned. Please don't wear them outside or on any hard surfaces while checking your fit.
Customers from Outside the United States
If you are an international customer, we cannot pay for your exchange shipping. You will have to send us the Kyrgies in unused condition for a refund and order another pair in the size you'd prefer.
If you are unhappy with your order in general, we will refund your money provided you send us the merchandise in unused condition. We also charge a $10 restocking fee for returns. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label.
We like of think of wool as a magical textile. Felted wool doesn’t require washing and naturally repels dirt. If you do find a spot on your Kyrgies, just gently sponge it with warm water. Let it dry at room temperature.
If more extensive cleaning is required, we recommend dry cleaning your Kyrgies.
