Indoor Wool Slides, handmade in Kyrgyzstan from nothing but sheep’s wool, water, and soap.

The Making of Indoor Slides

Wool, water, and soap

Our felt starts with wool from small farms in Kyrgyzstan. It’s pressed and worked with water and soap into a dense, durable felt, with no glues, synthetics, or harsh chemicals. The result is a house shoe that’s all-natural from the upper to the vegetable-tanned leather sole. Zero plastics.

Traditional Craftsmanship

Made in Kyrgyzstan

Felting in Kyrgyzstan goes back thousands of years. Every pair of Indoor Slides is made there by our partners at Tumar, in Bishkek, where the craft is still a living tradition and a source of steady work.

The science of wool

Why wool underfoot

Wool breathes, so feet stay dry. It holds warmth when the floors are cold and stays comfortable when they’re not. The felt shapes to your foot the longer you wear it.

For every moment

Made to last, made to return

Durable, breathable, and biodegradable. Indoor Slides are built for years of mornings at home, and when their time is up, they go back to the earth.
