Our return window is 60 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The simplest and easiest way to conduct a return or exchange is to use our Returns Portal.
Free Returns Coverage is available for purchase at checkout for $2.98. If selected, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label through our Returns Portal at no additional cost. If Free Returns Coverage is not purchased, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or exchange credit.
Free gifts are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union may request a return for a refund within 14 days of receiving their order through our Returns Portal.
