US Customers
Our return window is 60 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The easiest way to conduct a return or exchange is to use our Returns Portal.
Free Returns Coverage is available for purchase at checkout for $2.98. If selected, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label through our Returns Portal at no additional cost. If Free Returns Coverage is not purchased, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or exchange credit.
Free gifts, Mystery Bags, and final sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Bundle products are final sale and only available for exchange. Please contact us directly at hello@kyrgies.com for an exchange.
